Return Policy
We do not accept returns on personalized orders unless they are found to be defective in materials or construction, or the personalization is clearly inaccurate such as spelling errors or wrong images.  If a product is defective or damaged, it must be returned or exchanged within 30 days. We stand behind our products 100% so if you ever have a problem with one of our bags other than normal wear and tear in the first year of use, send it back to us and we will repair it.
