Shipping

All orders will ship the following business day from our warehouse in Columbus, OH.  If you qualified for "Free Shipping", your order will ship via FedEx Ground.  Ground delivery takes 1-5 business days based on your location.

Shipping & Returns

All orders are embroidered and shipped from our warehouse in Lewis Center, OH. Please view the map below to determine average Ground transit times. Please allow 1-2 business days for embroidery.

Ground - 1-5 Business days in the contiguous US (See Map Below)
3-Day Select - 3 Business days for shipping 
2 Day Air - 2 Business days for shipping 
Next Day Air - Next Business day for shipping

Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, PO Box and APO/FPO - These are shipped via Priority Mail through the US Postal Service which takes approx. 2-3 days for delivery.

International Shipping - We ship everything via Global Express Mail through the US Postal Service which takes approx. 4-10 business days for delivery.

Return Policy

We stand behind all of our products 100%! If a product is defective or damaged in shipping, it must be returned or exchanged within 30 days. If you ever have a problem with one of our bags other than normal wear and tear in the first year of use, send it back to us and we will repair it. If you purchase a non-personalized item and want to return it for a refund you can ship the item back to us and we will refund the price of the item to your credit card within 2 business days.

We do not accept returns on personalized orders unless they are found to be defective in materials or construction, or the personalization is clearly inaccurate such as spelling errors or wrong images.

We work with all of our customers. We have a no returns policy because once the item is personalized the item is only good for that customer. We address any issues and work with all customers to be sure that they are happy with the product they purchase. Each issue is different so we help each customer with the issue on an individual basis and make sure that in the end each customer is happy with their purchase. Customer service is very important to us and our company so if anyone has an issue please contact us so that we may help in correcting that issue.
