Two years ago, I ordered the little kids backpack with matching lunchbox for my son when he started preschool. We have been thrilled with the workmanship and quality products. Both the backpack and lunchbox are still in great condition. I have had no problem throwing them in the washing machine and any dirt and/or stains have come right out! Now, my son is starting school and his little kid backpack is too little! I just ordered the big kids backpack for him to match his lunchbox and he is elated. Thanks so much for the great service. LOVE YOU GUYS! I had ordered from other sites before and wasn't happy. I have had my kids backpacks for over a year now and we still LOVE them. Great design and how cool to be able to cutomize the outside. I have a 5 year old who uses hers all the time and I use my 1 year olds for his diaper bag. I just can't say enough about them. I just received my order. The rolling suitcase and smaller bag are absolutely perfect. My grandson visits frequently...but I'm not known as "Grandma." Being able to personalize it with "Going to Oma's" made it so special. To top it off, my husband has a room set up with his old train sets and so the decal, the train, was also just perfect. My second experience shopping for the perfect personalized lunchbox for my son was a major hit! Last year, my son started kindergarten and was elated with his orange T-Rex lunchbox! This year, the excitement only increased with a shark lunchbox embroidered with a hammerhead, a great white and my son's name. He's so proud and the lunchbox couldn't fit his personality and interests any more perfectly. The service was lightening fast and the work is phenomenal. Thank you . . . My 2yo son's backpack and lunchbox combo arrived quickly and looked absolutely like I wanted and he adores them!! I ordered two of the big kids backpack and lunchbox combos and received them today. I am very impressed with the quality of the backpacks and lunchboxes. My sons were extremely excited to see their backpacks in the colors they chose with their initials and the pictures they picked. I was pleased and surprised to see that the pictures were embroidered using colors that complemented the backpack color. We will definitely order from KTZ again! Kim YOU ARE WONDERFUL!!! It's a great way to go visit her grandparents who love only 15 minutes away from her home. She packs all of her favorites toys and an extra change of clothes and off she and mommy go. I just received three of the "bigger little kids" backpacks for my 3 year-old triplets. They are absolutely adorable and exactly what we wanted!
